A comparison of two successive vegetative generations of Echeveria ‘Peerless’ obtained after colchicine treatment. Plant and leaf traits, stomata, chromosome counts and DNA content were examined. Selected morphological differences persisted in the following generation. The authors also discuss possible changes in chromosome number between generations.
