The study compares fruit composition, pigments and chemical assay activity in Pachycereus weberi and Escontria chiotilla. Clarified juices were also evaluated in cultures of four cancer cell lines and NIH/3T3 fibroblasts. Results concern single fruit batches and specified culture conditions, and some units in the text are inconsistent with the tables.
